In October 2022, Vladimír expanded the management of the ICP group to assist Ondřej and Marek in achieving ambitious strategic goals both in the Czech Republic and in the USA. Vladimír is responsible for the financial management of the entire ICP group and also personally leads selected investment projects.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in finance, taxes, acquisitions, and strategic financial and tax advisory. At the beginning of his career, he worked at Deloitte as an auditor and later as a manager in the M&A Transaction Services department, where he led due diligence projects across industries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Romania, for both strategic and private equity investors. From 2013 until his joining of the ICP group, he held CFO roles in leading development companies Central Group and CTP.
He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and the Faculty of Law at Charles University.
