Vladimíra Knoblochová

Vladimíra has been ICP’s in-house counsel from the very beginning. As an expert in commercial law, transactions, and corporate governance, she has actively participated in numerous international deals throughout her career. Her deep expertise in optimizing organizational structures and corporate matters makes her indispensable to ICP. In addition, she co-founded and leads our sister company, DBK Partners, where her team pioneered the establishment of the first SICAV fund in the Czech Republic.
