The expansive land in Hrdějovice is set to transform into more than just a residential area — it will become a welcoming, green neighborhood with excellent access to the city, benefiting both future residents and those in the surrounding communities.
The project will feature 500 apartments and 100 family homes, complemented by a retail park that will bring new services, shopping, and employment opportunities to the area. The zoning and building permits are currently in the works, with the architectural design by Loxia and engineering by Ateliér A1.
