This eight-story building from the 1890s is located in the lower part of Vinohradská Street. Most of the space is leased as office units, with the ground floor hosting a showroom for interior accessories and an office for a residential developer. The building also offers 30 underground parking spaces. The prime location and ample parking capacity present a variety of potential uses and future value growth. There is also the option to convert the office spaces into apartments in the future.
ICP Group acquired this project from a private foreign investor. “In 2020, we completed an extensive yet highly sensitive renovation aimed at restoring the building’s original charm while creating a modern, design-driven work environment equipped with the latest technology,” says Ondřej David.
