In Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, we partnered with local developer Jack Weir and his company Eastwind Development to build a residential complex that combines 136 high-standard apartments with dedicated parking spaces, commercial and communal areas, including a restaurant and a swimming pool.
The building is located in the heart of the city and offers two- to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 65 to 112 m². “Ten percent of the units are rented at a discounted price to local public service employees, such as teachers, police officers, emergency responders, and government officials, through an agreement with the city,” explains Daniel Vopat. The project was successfully leased and sold to a third-party investor as a revenue-generating asset in March 2022.
