Na Rybníčku is a 25,800 sq ft office building located in a beautiful, quiet park in the center of Prague. It represents an imaginative combination of a historic building from the beginning of the 17th century with a modern extension by architects Oldřich Hájek and Jaroslav Šafer from 2004.
ICP acquired the building in 2017 from a private Irish investor.
The building has been used for years as the Prague headquarters of Instituto Cervantes, a Spanish government institution operating at the embassies of the Kingdom of Spain around the world. The institute uses the building for its cultural activities, especially language teaching, exhibitions and other events, and operates a library.
