At ICP, Marek is in charge of the day-to-day management of the company and is responsible for the performance of the investment portfolio. Marek together with Ondřej David form the vision of the company and actively participate in the fulfillment of strategic goals. He also motivates colleagues and keeps morale high.
He has experience in the banking sector and the M&A market. He gained experience in credit risk management of ČSOB (part of the KBC Group) and in Deloitte in the Czech Republic and Sweden, where he participated as a consultant in mergers and acquisitions worth over CZK 7 billion (USD 325 million).
Marek graduated from the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University in Prague.
